Support that respects different ways of thinking, communicating, feeling, and experiencing the world. Rather than treating neurodivergent traits as problems to be fixed, Hannah works with your strengths, needs, and lived experience while creating space for authenticity, self-understanding, and ways of living that work for you.

Support grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with safe, authentic human connection. Hannah brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine presence into the room. Informed by attachment and emotion-focused perspectives, her approach centres trust, collaboration, and understanding the relationships that shape your life.

Support that recognizes grief as a deeply human response to loss, not something to fix, rush, or move past. Hannah makes space for grief in all its forms, including losses that may be overlooked, complicated, or misunderstood, while honouring your unique relationship with what, or who, has been lost and helping you find ways to carry that loss forward.
